Context

Lucas Delcros is a mortgage and insurance broker in Bordeaux (French broker registration ORIAS no. 11 061 899), with more than 15 years of experience and 126 Google reviews. He had no website in his own name: his reputation existed, but nothing let a borrower find him, run the numbers and contact him in the same place.

Challenges

• Show real expertise from the first visit, with his actual customer reviews rather than promises.
• Give borrowers useful tools, without promising a rate (strict rules apply to mortgage advertising in France).
• Turn those calculations into qualified appointment requests.

What was built

• 5 calculators

  Notary fees, borrowing capacity, monthly payment, loan consolidation and debt-to-income ratio, each on its own page. The result is shared through a link that reopens the simulation with the same amounts.

• From calculation to appointment

  Under each calculator, the visitor can ask to be called back: the broker receives a summary of the simulation by email, with the prospect’s consent and spam protection.

• Current rates

  A block shows average rates and the best negotiated rates by term, with their source and the date they were recorded.

• Real reviews and compliance

  Only Google reviews that name Lucas Delcros, copied without editing. Complete legal notice (ORIAS, professional liability insurance, mediator) and the mandatory credit warning.

The presentation video

In addition to the site, a 32-second motion design video in the firm’s colours, for LinkedIn and the Google Business profile: hook, key figures, method, services, a real Google review and the calculators, with the mandatory legal notice on credit. The video is in French.

Under the hood

• FinancialService, Person and FAQPage structured data, sitemap, share previews specific to each page and an llms.txt file for AI search engines.
• Automated tests (Vitest) on the loan calculation formulas.
• Emails sent from the client’s domain (contact@cabinetdelcros.com) through Resend, with handling of failed sends.
• Forms validated on the server (Zod), light and dark mode, main domain without www.
